Our salt therapy room creations are the latest and the most original form of recreation of the therapeutic benefits of the sea and salt mine climates.

IIRIS-35

Universal automatic dry salt aerosol generator "Iiris-35" is suitable for all sizes of salt therapy rooms. This machine is installed on the outside wall of the salt therapy room in the neighboring room at the height of 80cm (32") above the floor. The dry salt aerosol is blown into the salt therapy room via 10cm (4") x 15cm (6") hole in the wall. Required power supply for this machine is 230V or 110V / 75Watts.

Iiris-35 generators provide options to adjust the treatment regime in the salt room according to specific patient's needs. For example:

• Various sizes of salt particles.
• Levels of energy carried by these particles.
• Concentration of the aerosol.
• Duration of treatment.

Iiris-35 automatic digital generators are characterized with the following data:

• Size of pastel colored metal box of a generator is: 50cm/1.70’ (height), 40cm/15.75’ (width), 25cm/9.85’ (depth).

The Global Medical Device Nomenclature (GMDN) provides the use of generic descriptors for the identification of medical devices and other Healthcare related products.
Medical Device experts from around the world (manufacturers, healthcare authorities and regulators) comply with the GMDN requirements based on the standard ISO 15225. GMDN work was mandated by the European Commission in order to provide the necessary tool to carry out many of the obligations following the implementation of the Medical Devices Directives, as well as to meet similar needs at the Global level as identified in the Global harmonization activities of GHTF by its members, notably USA (FDA), Canada, European member states, Japan, Australia and now by many other countries/regions.

IIRIS-135 / IIRIS-136

The compacted automatic dry salt aerosol generator "Iiris-136" (plastic housing) that is suitable for small and middle sizes of salt therapy rooms. This machine is installed inside of the salt therapy room at the height of 10cm(4") to 80cm(32") above the floor. Required power supply for this machine is 12V DC/50Watts.

Salt Cocoon

The salt cocoon is a compact small salt chamber made of plastic and designed for conducting individual Halotherapy.

The salt cocoon can hold one adult with one child. The effect of the salt therapy is the same as that of the salt chamber.

Therapeutic Effect of a Salt Cocoon

Salt particles kill bacteria and fungi on mucous membranes and at the same time strengthen the immune system. This is why children who have had halotherapy are significantly less prone to illnesses.

Salt also reduces the swelling of respiratory mucous membranes: sneezing stops, nose unblocks, the cold reduces or disappears. Sometimes people who undergo salt therapy start coughing more. This does not mean their health is getting worse. On the contrary – it is a sign of getting better.

As the salt aerosol contains negative ions, it has a positive effect on the nervous system and the ability to reduce stress. Salt therapy also relieves many skin problems by killing bacteria on the skin.

Working principle of a Salt Cocoon

Salt aerosol is created by disintegrating the crystal structure of medical salt ("Pharmasalt") in a special salt mill (12000-18000rpm). Salt aerosol is the mixture of air and active salt particles 2-5µm in size.

The effectiveness of salt therapy is achieved through the "freshness" of salt aerosol: salt particles carry the energy from the mill to the patient in the salt cocoon in 30 seconds after having been ground.

How the salt cocoon differs from salt chambers:

• salt cocoon is designed for individual salt therapy
• salt cocoon holds one adult and one child
• the patient can be in minimal clothing during therapy sessions to treat psoriasis
• it is easy to relocate, pack compactly and transport the salt cocoon; the total reassembling time of the salt cocoon will not exceed four hours.
